What we collect

When you send an enquiry or a 3D design, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, town or postcode, project details and the design options you selected.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and, if you go ahead, to prepare a quote and carry out the work. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
